About The Settlement

What is the Lawsuit about?

The lawsuit alleges that the Company failed to properly pay all Account Managers for all hours worked.

Who is eligible to participate?

Current or former exempt-classified Account Managers, Associate Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Senior Account Managers – Key Accounts, Principal Account Managers, Senior Principal Account Managers, and Senior Principal Account Managers – Key Accounts (collectively, “Account Managers”) employed by Kaseya US, LLC (the “Company”) who were employed as an Account Manager at any time during the period of October 30, 2021, through October 30, 2024.

How do I receive a payment?

By timely fully completing and submitting the Consent to Join Settlement, Release, and Claim Form, you will receive your estimated settlement payment and release unpaid wage claims against the Company that are covered by the Settlement. The deadline to submit a consent form is May 5, 2025.

If you do nothing and do not send back your Consent to Join Settlement, Release, and Claim Form, you will not receive any settlement payment and will not release any claims. However, the statute of limitations will continue to run on your claim.

Who are the attorneys who represent the Named Plaintiffs?

The Shavitz Law Group, P.A. represents the Named Plaintiff and have negotiated the settlement terms. As part of the Settlement, subject to Court approval, the law firm will be paid one-third of the Settlement to compensate them for their attorneys’ fees, plus their out-of-pocket costs and expenses for litigating and settling the Lawsuit. You will not have to pay the attorneys any of their fees, costs or expenses out-of-pocket.
